Aceites Elizondo S.L.U. is a Spanish company founded in 2009 in Torreperogil, specializing in premium extra virgin olive oil (AOVE). It supervises every phase from cultivation and harvesting to production and marketing. The company works with picual and royal olive varieties, harvested early between late October and early November before veraison, when olives are still green and retain their organoleptic attributes. The oil is obtained exclusively through mechanical processes and cold extraction, without thermal or chemical treatment, preserving natural properties and high antioxidant levels. The resulting AOVE offers intense fruitiness, fresh aromas, and a balanced flavor.
