Pafritas is a Navarrete, Spain-based producer of potato chips that has been manufacturing since 1994. The company uses selected Agria variety potatoes from Spanish fields, fries them in olive oil from its own mills and seasons them with sea salt or mineral salt from the Añana Valley. In recent years it has concentrated on preservation, improving packaging and adopting protective atmosphere packaging to maintain product condition during distribution. The chips are made only from natural ingredients and are produced without allergens, gluten and other contaminants. Export markets include China, Japan, the Dominican Republic, Russia and Europe.
