Finca Las Angosturas SL, trading as Finca La Soledad, is a Spanish fig producer and processor based in Madrigal de la Vera, in northern Cáceres at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos below the Almanzor peak. For more than a decade it has supported fig cultivation in the region, working with over 30 local farmers. The area's microclimate, with 47 gorges and 1,423 streams, suits varieties such as Higuera Cuello de Dama and Gota de Miel. Periodic audits are carried out to maintain product quality and meet the standards that underpin customer trust. The company employs 10 to 19 people.
