Fruyper SA is a Spanish producer of olives and pickled products based in San José de la Vega, Murcia, founded in 1962. Its output includes green olives with and without pits, green olives stuffed with anchovy, tuna, lemon, pepper or salmon, and Gordal olives with or without pits, including gherkin-stuffed varieties. Black olives are offered pitted and unpitted. The range also covers capers, caperberries, sweet banderillas and pipirranas. Products are selected, produced and packed to suit the preferences of the different markets the company serves.
