SIPEM SA, founded in 1978 and based in Alcàsser, Valencia, Spain, transforms and precision machines PTFE, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW) and other technical plastics. The company produces custom parts to customer drawings, from prototypes and short runs through to industrial volumes, using CNC machining, turning, milling, compression molding and extrusion, and supplies semi-finished sheets, rods and tubes plus chemical treatments and PTFE-based coatings. Typical items include gaskets, valve seats, guides, bushings, bellows, seals, wear bands and special precision components. Customers are industrial manufacturers, OEMs and engineering firms in aerospace, automotive, machinery, chemicals, hydraulics, valve technology, sealing and bottling. The roughly 5,000 m² facility has dedicated pressing, extrusion, machining and quality control areas, and the quality system follows UNE-EN-ISO 9001 with control, calibration and traceability processes. Design collaboration, prototype validation and series industrialization are also offered.
