BORFLEX SERVICES is a French manufacturer based in St-Étienne-Rouvray, founded in 1987, specialising in the design, prototyping and production of elastomer components and composite profiles. Its elastomer work covers rubber, silicone, TPE and polyurethane, while its composite range includes pultruded profiles and moulded parts. The company handles small and medium series and manages the full supply chain from design onward. Transformation processes include compression, injection and transfer moulding, several extrusion methods, roller covering, cutting by hand, die or water jet, casting and calendering. More than 350 employees serve clients in over 30 countries, with products used in defence, rail, transport, energy, food processing, nuclear, aerospace, printing, packaging and petrochemicals.
