L'Ail Dromois is an Economic Interest Group established in 1995 by farmers specializing in garlic and shallot cultivation, based in Eurre, France. The group manages production quality from planting through to consumption and draws on more than 50 years of cultivation experience. Its output includes certified garlic and shallot plants as well as consumption garlic and shallot. Varieties comprise autumn purple garlic (Primor, Precosem, Germidour, Paradour), autumn white garlic (Messidrome, Thermidrome, Sabadrome, Therador, Sabagold, Messidor, Rustisem), spring pink garlic (Cledor, Flavor), grey shallot (Griselle, Grisor) and pink shallot (Jermor, Pesandor). Part of production is exported to over 30 countries, alongside short-circuit sales with French partners.
