AK Digital Plastic SL, trading as Sustain Awards, is a Barcelona-based manufacturer and distributor founded in 2015 in the Sants-Montjuïc district. The company designs and produces trophies, commemorative plaques, medals and totems, offering both customizable catalogue models and fully bespoke projects. Orders follow a structured design phase before production, with a sober, minimalist formal approach applied across formats and scales. Materials include steel sheet with recycled content, post-consumer recycled plastic, FSC beech wood, recycled fishing nets and non-toxic water-based paint. Customization uses laser engraving or full-colour UV printing. Each piece carries a quantified ecolabel, and an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is held. Annual CO₂ emissions are offset. The firm serves nine European markets — Spain, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria and Portugal — plus an English-language international site. Door-to-door DAP distribution delivers in 24 hours within Spain, 48 hours in the EU and 72 hours internationally.
