PASTIFICIO DI BARI TARALL'ORO SRL is an Italian food manufacturer based in Sammichele Di Bari, founded in 1982. Artisanal pasta remains its core business, and in 2014 the company relaunched its baked goods lines with substantial innovations. Tarall'Oro pasta is made solely from high-quality durum wheat semolina, bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, producing a rough, porous and resilient texture that holds sauces and retains cooking quality. The range covers roughly 100 items in 10 flavors. Baked goods such as taralli use natural ingredients and an innovative process.
