Convivia – For Italian Food Lovers is a producer and distributor founded in 2013 in Gravina di Catania, Sicily, at the foot of Mount Etna. The company makes Sicilian preserves using organic, seasonal ingredients such as tomatoes, eggplants, basil, wild fennel, chili peppers and almonds, all sourced from Sicily. Every preserve is prepared exclusively with extra virgin olive oil. The product line is certified Organic, Gluten-Free and Vegan, and production follows seasonality to maintain freshness.
