Terra Nostra Oro Rosso is an artisanal food producer based in Sessa Aurunca, in the province of Caserta, Italy. The company makes tomato puree from ripe tomatoes grown without pesticides. Harvested fruit is washed and peeled by hand, then processed slowly using traditional methods that avoid preservatives and citric acid. The product is intended for restaurant kitchens and households across Italy. The business was started by three friends, Orlando, Nicola and Enrico, who share a background in cooking. Operations remain small-scale, with a workforce of one to four people.
