ATTIVAR SERVICE & PRODUCTION SRL is a family-run Italian manufacturer founded in 1984 and located in Montà D'Alba, specialising in technical rubber and silicone parts and production support services. Its range includes rubber membranes produced by injection-compression, rubber and silicone seals, bellows, compensators, valves, washers, rubber-metal co-moulded items and food-grade silicone products. Certified compounds are used for special duties such as contact with gasoline and oils. Materials processed include ACM, AEM, EPDM, FKM, VMQ, FVMQ, CR, NBR, HNBR and SBR, selected to customer requirements. Horizontal and vertical presses from 100T to 400T support injection-compression, injection, compression and injection-transfer moulding. Finishing is performed manually, cryogenically or by stamping, and a quality laboratory with precision optical equipment verifies specifications.
