Tab Green Line S.R.L. is a food producer founded in 1979 and based in Genola, in the province of Cuneo, near Alba, Italy. It makes appetizers, pestos, vegetable and meat sauces, ragù, savory creams, truffle and mushroom products, and desserts. Traditional Piedmont recipes include bagna cauda, antipasto piemontese and salsa verde. More than 50 specialties use white and black truffles. The company operates its own pasta factory, producing tagliolini and tagliatelle from Italian eggs and semolina without additives or colorings, folded, cut and slow-dried at low temperature for about 24 hours. Products are IFS certified and supplied to retail and the ho.re.ca sector.
