Milis Nurseries, located in Naousa, Greece, produces and trades fruit and nut plants. The business began in the 1960s when Konstantinos Milis, working with agronomists and regional growing practices, established one of the area's first fruit nurseries for peaches, cherries, apricots, plums, apples, pears, almonds and walnuts. His son Vassilios Milis later took over and broadened the range of species and varieties. The nursery collaborates with Greek and European institutes and universities to develop trees that meet producer demand and quality standards. Agronomists on staff provide after-sales advice on plant protection, fertilization and propagation. The company participates in projects abroad and covers stages from planting through harvesting.
