ACS, also known as AERO COMPOSITES SAINTONGE, is a company based in Saint-Sulpice-de-Royan, France, founded in 1995 and specializing in composite materials. Under manager Francis DEBORDE, the firm handles study, modeling, tooling, and part production, from one-off custom units to small and medium series. It also repairs and modifies composite parts such as bodywork elements and ULM components, and performs overmolding on various supports, including varnished carbon appearance parts and protective items, with on-site intervention available. An aerospace-focused R&D service was established in 2006, contributing to projects including the ALIZE lenticular airship, the RAPACE captive drone, the Green Cri electric four-engine aerobatic aircraft, and electric propulsion work with AIRBUS GROUP that led to the E-FAN and its first official flight in 2014.
