LE SAUZET, based in Saint Christol De Rodières, France, was founded in 1992 and specializes in organic production through two activities. Its vineyard, Domaine LOU PAS D'ESTRECH, has produced organic wines since 1984. SAUZET produces high-quality organic vinegars, a custom operation begun in 1987 using wine from the estate, and now offers a range of natural and flavored vinegars with traceability and known raw material origin. All products are certified organic by ECOCERT SAS FR-BIO-01. A private label range is available for large-scale retail, and the company exhibits at SIAL and SIRAH.
