S.A PIREP is a French processor of high-performance plastic materials based in Busnes, active since 1959. Certified to ISO 9001 and EN 9100, the aerospace standard, it manufactures fluorinated resins (PTFE, PFA, FEP) and polyurethane for industries including aeronautics, automotive, chemicals and pharmaceuticals. Products include resins in plate, rod and tube form, polyurethane parts such as rollers, wheels and drums, and machined plastic components. Production uses molding, extrusion and CNC machining, alongside surface treatment, plastic welding of FEP, PFA and PVDF, and lining of metal supports. The company also supplies Teflon-coated glass fabrics, heat-shrinkable sleeves and PTFE bellows, serving customers from single units to large series in France and abroad.
