SSA Fluidra Österreich GmbH is based in Grödig, Austria. The business traces its origins to 1975, when Helmut Brabenetz began self-employment in Salzburg on Breitenfelder Straße and soon founded the company with Ing. Wolfgang Kaltenbrunner. Early growth came from personal customer service and in-house delivery, with first-year revenue of 21,000 euros. A new site in Grödig was occupied in 1994 with 680 m² of office and 2,100 m² of warehouse space for 18 employees and four delivery vehicles; the warehouse was extended by 1,500 m² in 1999.
