SSA FLUIDRA ÖSTERREICH GMBH

SSA Fluidra Österreich GmbH is based in Grödig, Austria. The business traces its origins to 1975, when Helmut Brabenetz began self-employment in Salzburg on Breitenfelder Straße and soon founded the company with Ing. Wolfgang Kaltenbrunner. Early growth came from personal customer service and in-house delivery, with first-year revenue of 21,000 euros. An office was rented at Aignerstraße 36 in 1976 and two employees hired, with the first warehouse in an adjacent farmhouse. Kaltenbrunner exited in 1991 and Monika Kaltenbrunner in 1998, leaving Brabenetz as main shareholder. A new site in Grödig was occupied in 1994 with 680 m² of office and 2,100 m² of warehouse space for 18 employees and four delivery vehicles; the warehouse was extended by 1,500 m² in 1999.
