Otto Schachinger Ges.m.b.H. is an Austrian food producer based in Enzersdorf an der Fischa, founded in 1932 as a butcher shop that began making lard and cracklings. After the Second World War the operation expanded into meat processing, and in the late 1980s the lard and crackling business was separated into an independent company. Production now runs on a modern manufacturing line under strict quality control in line with EU regulations, processing high-quality raw materials into crackling and lard products. The facility includes an EU-certified high-bay warehouse for Euro pallets, operated at -28°C with a maximum stacking height of 1.8 m and overhang of 5 cm on all sides. The company employs 20 to 49 people.
