KRÄUTERHOF ZACH
Food Processing
Kräuterhof Zach is an Austrian herb-growing operation based in Schrems, founded in 1977 and run by three generations of the same family. The farm cultivates its own herbs and produces more than 50 different herbal teas, from apple mint to horsetail, alongside tea blends, spices, creams and fragrant herbal pillows. Production covers the full cycle: sowing young plants, transplanting to the herb field, mechanical weed control, harvesting, gentle drying and packaging into tea bags. Modern drying technology is used to preserve essential oils and active ingredients after harvest. The business employs between five and nine people.
