Marchfeldrasen GmbH is an Austrian agricultural producer based in Aderklaa. Dietrich Iser took over the family farm in 1984, and for over fifteen years the family has concentrated on turf production while also growing asparagus and strawberries. Crops are cultivated on the light, sandy, permeable soils of the Marchfeld, which reach into the Pannonian lowlands and support optimal growth. Modern, sustainable and resource-conserving methods are used. The Marchfeldrasen brand is recommended across Austria by garden designers, landscape architects and developers; golf courses and sports stadiums in Europe use its grass varieties.
