Michael Stelzig Präzisionsschleiferei is a machining service provider based in Schorndorf, Germany. The workshop handles both single parts and series production, with a machinery range covering outside grinding, inside grinding, hydraulic cylinder repair and grinding spindle repair. Outside grinding is performed on diameters from 3 mm to 630 mm and lengths up to 4000 mm, with workpiece weights reaching 2.5 tons between centres; parts can also be ground on the magnet, in the clamping collet or in the precision jaw chuck. Inside grinding covers diameters of 10 mm to 300 mm and lengths to 1000 mm. Hydraulic cylinders of any brand are repaired or refurbished up to 4000 mm long and 630 mm in diameter. Belt-driven grinding spindles and DK3 and PDKO 3/4 driver motors are reconditioned, including bearing seat reworking, bearing renewal, motor and clamping system replacement, with fine balancing and documentation before assembly.
