ADCOS CNC Technik GmbH is a grinding and machine tool service provider located in Finnentrop, Germany, established in 1992. The company performs CNC coordinate grinding, cylindrical grinding, internal and external cylindrical grinding, contour grinding and stamp grinding. Its Finnentrop facility houses six Hauser coordinate grinding machines, including four Hauser S50 ADCOS CNC 800 units, one Hauser S35 HiCut, one Hauser S3 HiCut ADCOS CNC 800 and one Hauser S3 CNC311, handling workpieces up to 800 kg on a 1,000 x 860 mm table. Cylindrical grinding is carried out on a Studer S31 CNC machine for external and internal diameters and flat surfaces up to Ø350 mm and 1,000 mm length. Contract machining takes place in air-conditioned rooms under certified quality management. The firm also retrofits CNC and NC machines with the ADCOS CNC control system from ADCOS AG Switzerland, optionally adding current-generation drive motors, amplifiers and scales.
