I.T.S. PRÄZISIONSTEILE GMBH

I.T.S. Präzisionsteile GmbH, founded in 1999 and based in Iserlohn, Germany, processes stainless steel and aluminium on CNC-supported vertical and horizontal machining centres. The company produces series parts in batch sizes from single prototypes up to 100,000 pieces annually, using ten CNC-controlled milling machines. Machining centres offer X-axis travel up to 7,000 mm, Y-axis up to 400 mm and Z-axis up to 500 mm. CNC saws cut aluminium and stainless steel profiles up to 150 mm diameter and 200 mm width. Parts can be polished, brushed, anodized or powder-coated; an in-house anodizing facility with 30 tanks handles profiles up to 5,000 mm in silver, black and stainless steel finish. The company works according to ISO certification rules.
