CUBE is a Belgian food production company based in Oostkamp that specialises in IQF (individually quick frozen) technology. Using liquid nitrogen, the firm turns blends and purees into frozen drops or pellets in under three minutes at -85°C, allowing portions of a set weight, shape and size to be inserted into production lines.
