The cooperators also provide organic eggs under the Œuf des Prés name and a line of organic jarred preserves including rillettes, pâtés, vol-au-vent, and meatballs, made in an artisanal workshop inaugurated in 2023. Production follows a strictly controlled organic specification, with locally sourced feed, preventive health practices, naturally ventilated coops, and outdoor range management.
