About CHEVRARDENNES
ChèvrArdennes is a Belgian goat cheese producer based in Nivelles. The venture traces back to the 1970s, when an experimental goat cheese facility was set up in Bastogne in the Belgian Ardennes; it was subsequently taken over by Vache Bleue and developed with the know-how of the Loicq family. In 2005 the operation relocated to its present Nivelles site under the Loicq group. Milk reception and pasteurization continue in the Ardennes at Vielsam. The company sources locally and works with dairy goats suited to the Ardennes environment. Production holds European BRC certification and is expanding, particularly through new markets outside Belgium.
