AQUAGRI

AQUAGRI is a Portuguese company established in 1998 in Oeiras, supplying equipment and services for irrigation water management in agriculture, forestry, fishing and horticulture. Its consulting work is backed by dedicated hardware, including probes that track soil moisture and salinity, plus automated weather stations that report both meteorological conditions and disease risk. The firm has managed irrigation for vineyards, olive groves, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, potatoes, tomatoes, corn, vegetables and golf course turf. Its service range covers soil studies, irrigation management, water logistics, and irrigation and drainage projects. Internet-based monitoring technology and data analysis software support its approach to reducing water consumption and limiting environmental impacts such as deep infiltration losses and nutrient leaching.
