A. H. Lehmann Blechwarenfabrik GmbH is a German manufacturer of baking trays, baking molds and mold assemblies, loaf molds and related items for the baking trade, based in Schorndorf. Since the mid-1960s the company has supplied the baking industry as it moved from craft workshops to medium and fully automated production. Its metalworking range covers non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and aluminum alloys, bright steel, blue-annealed steel, aluminized steel sheet, and stainless steel in various grades and thicknesses. Hundreds of mold tools allow customers to select dimensions, shapes and materials. A fully automated laser system supports sheet metal processing, and the molds suit automated and semi-automated baked goods production.
