Arcari Backwaren AG is a Swiss bakery based in Hendschiken, founded in 1977. The business began with Chäschüechli, handmade specialties known for their crisp texture, developed by the Arcari family into a Chüechli-focused operation. After running the Feldschlösschen in Lenzburg, André Arcari opened a bakery at Bahnhofstrasse 40 and produced Chüechli sold frozen for baking at any time, predating similar offerings from frozen food companies and large distributors. Chüechli have been produced at Arcari for nearly four decades.
