Jogral – Componentes para calçado, Lda. is a Portuguese manufacturer based in Vila de Cucujães, with origins in the early 1950s when José Gonçalves Soares founded a business serving the leather industry. Heel production began in 1965, initially in leather and wood, and the company adopted the JOGRAL name in 1983, concentrating on heels for the footwear industry. Plastic heels were added to the range, and in 1990 a partnership with Spanish firm TECNOTAC/RIERA strengthened its position in the Portuguese market. Ongoing investment in research and development supports product innovation and adaptation to design and sustainability trends.
