FORM CREATIONS is a European manufacturer of custom point-of-sale materials based in Mielec, Poland, founded in 2013. The company offers 3D design, technology consulting, prototyping, full-scale production, and delivery across Europe. Its portfolio includes floor-standing and countertop display stands, promotional racks, modular retail systems, and bespoke POS displays for cosmetics, food, toys, electronics, and seasonal products. In-house capabilities cover laser cutting, CNC bending, welding including ultrasonic, thermoforming, screen and digital printing, powder coating, and galvanization, working with metal, wood, plywood, plexiglass, and MDF.
