Tunnaliva is a family-run agricultural business in Campobello di Mazara, Sicily, cultivating olive trees in the Valle del Belice and producing extra virgin olive oil from the Nocellara del Belice monocultivar. The project was launched in 2021 by Rocco and Domenico, continuing the work of their father Carlo, and takes its name from the round local olive known as the aliva tunna. Groves are farmed with sustainable methods, and harvested olives are milled within 48 hours using cold extraction. The oil shows intense fruity notes with green, bitter and spicy aromas, and its origin is certified under the Protected Geographical Indication IGP Sicilia.
