Hartfelder Modell und Formenbau, owned by Frank Hartfelder, is based in Keltern, Germany, and was founded in 2000. The firm provides CAD design, 3D modeling, prototype construction and CNC parts manufacturing, producing display models, functional models, wind tunnel models, cubing models, exhibition models, foundry models, design models, clay models, deep-drawing molds, laminating molds and rotational molds from aluminum. Parts are machined from rigid foam boards, Ureol, wood, plastic, gypsum, clay and aluminum on Zimmermann FZ30 and Belotti FLA 6532 CNC milling machines, up to 6,500 × 3,200 × 1,500 mm and 5 tons. Individual parts, prototypes and small series are produced to drawings, sketches, samples and CAD files, with VDA and IG interfaces supported.
