Elastever is a French producer of thermoplastic elastomer formulations derived from recycled materials, notably thermosetting elastomer powders sourced from end-of-life tires and used shoes. The company supplies its materials as pellets suited to injection, extrusion or molding. Products contain more than 70 percent recycled ingredients, are fully recyclable, and offer hardness from 50 to 90 Shore A at a price comparable to the cheapest elastomers available. Manufacturing takes place at the company's factory in France. The materials can replace virgin grades on existing processing equipment, and custom formulations are developed on request.
