FRANCE ALLIUM, based in Acy Romance, France, has specialized for more than five decades in garlic, onion, shallot and echalion for the fresh market. The group comprises 45 permanent staff and 70 producer-members who farm 750 hectares across two production basins spanning Île-de-France, Champagne Ardenne, Centre-Val de Loire and Bourgogne-Franche Comté. Products are sold throughout the French market and for export from two packaging stations, in Acy Romance and Sermaises. Packaging is customized from 150 g to over one tonne. Products are selected and certified to meet current standards.
