Simone a Soif ! (Compagnie Bruxelloise des Boissons) is a Belgian beverage producer founded in 2016 and located in Schaerbeek. The company makes Simone is Thirsty!, a fruity herbal water positioned as an alternative to chemical sodas and heavily sweetened juices. The drink combines water, plant hydrosol obtained through steam distillation, and real seasonal fruits rather than concentrates. It carries organic certification and contains no additives, added sugars or sweeteners. Because the essential oil is fully separated during distillation, the hydrosol-based product is presented as suitable for children and pregnant women. Production is artisanal and Belgian.

KeyFix is a locksmith business serving the 19 municipalities of Brussels from Schaerbeek, Belgium. The company handles emergency call-outs around the clock, seven days a week, for incidents such as slammed doors, keys broken in locks, blocked cylinders and securing premises after a break-in. Work covers door opening, cylinder and lock replacement, lock repair, key copying and armouring, for private and professional customers. Each job starts with a diagnosis explaining why the door is jammed, whether the lock can be saved and what the cost will be before any work begins. Non-destructive techniques are preferred where possible.
