BELGAUFRE is a Belgian food producer located in Marquain, making doughs and mixes for Liège waffles. For 25 years the company has prepared its products from selected ingredients, following an unchanged recipe handed down from father to son. The caramelized sugar pearls in the dough melt during baking, giving the waffles their characteristic texture and aroma. Belgaufre supplies high-traffic locations seeking a complementary product that is easy to take away and consume while walking. The company also operates a concept known as Waffle Factory.
