Stöger GmbH is a family-founded business established in 1986 in Neuruppersdorf, Austria, and has operated as a limited liability company since 1997. The firm supplies organic farmers and organic businesses with pumpkin seeds, pumpkin seed oil and flaxseed, and provides contract processing that includes dehulling spelt, cleaning sunflower seeds and treating spices. Its product range also covers sunflower seeds and safflower, a crop originally selected for the dry local conditions. Contract cleaning of spices and uncommon field crops allows the company to handle rare raw materials. It serves both organic and conventional markets and has organised flax cultivation across several hundred hectares in the Austria-Czech Republic border region.
