SuppliSearch provides a B2B supplier search and matchmaking platform. We connect buyers with suppliers but are not a party to any transactions between users. All transactions are solely between the buyer and supplier.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4. Supplier Listings
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. SuppliSearch verifies supplier information where possible but does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all listed data.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) interfere with platform operations; (d) scrape or collect user data without authorization; (e) engage in fraudulent activities.
6. Intellectual Property
The SuppliSearch platform, including its design, logo, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
SuppliSearch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the platform or other users.
9. Governing Law
