Vollrath GmbH is a German manufacturer of mixing, stirring and wet milling equipment, established in 1919 and located in Hürth. The company designs and builds machines and containers for pre-dispersing, wet milling, mixing, stirring, homogenizing and dissolving duties. Its range covers dissolvers fitted with purpose-made dissolver discs for high-speed operation, pearl mills (stirring ball mills) whose grinding chamber design delivers high power density and energy efficiency, plus mixers, stirrers and containers. Mixers and stirrers are engineered particularly for paint and coatings applications. Products are certified to ISO 9001, ATEX and the EU Pressure Equipment Directive. Sectors served include paints and coatings, adhesives, printing inks, resins, textiles and fillers. A technical center at headquarters supports process engineering trials, and the firm maintains spare parts supply.
