VEYSEL KÜTÜKLÜ Mattress Machinery

VABS is a brand of Veysel Kütüklü, a Turkish company founded in 1968 and located in Istanbul, active in machine tools and equipment. The brand specializes in thread rolling solutions designed for CNC lathes, universal lathes, automatic machines, drilling machines, and non-conventional turning systems. Its product range comprises axial, tangential, and radial thread rolling heads, thread rolling dies, and turning heads. Threads are formed by rolling rather than cutting, which raises material hardness, improves surface finish, and increases production efficiency while saving raw material. The solutions draw on more than 50 years of Veysel Kütüklü engineering experience and serve multiple industrial sectors.
