URBITEK SRL

Urbitek S.r.l. is an Italian company based in Russi (RA), founded in 2012, active in urban mobility management. It specializes in OnStreet and OffStreet systems, including parking meters, automatic payment machines and automation technologies, and provides tailored services to private area managers, public parking facilities and local administrations. The company offers parking operators round-the-clock user support: on receiving a call, an operator can diagnose the issue, give instructions, or review surveillance images before deciding whether to check equipment status, verify payment, open a barrier manually or decline the request with a payment reminder, following guidelines agreed at service start-up.
