TFP Technology GmbH

TFP Technology GmbH, based in Falkenstein, Germany, manufactures reinforcement structures, textile semi-finished products and preforms using CNC laying technology. Its Tailored-Fiber-Placement output serves thermoset and thermoplastic processing routes for fiber-reinforced components and high-performance composites. The company runs modern TFP stitching laying machines capable of producing elements measuring up to 2x2 m. It builds dry layups from carbon continuous rovings for thermoset processes and layups combining hybrid rovings with thermoplastic matrices such as PA and PP. Reinforcement structures and preforms can incorporate sandwich functions through integrated heating elements, textile sensors or antennas. Specialists accompany customers from initial concept through prototyping to series production, and the company also handles sampling and material testing.
