Strautmann Hydraulik GmbH & Co. KG, founded in 1983 in Melle-Wellingholzhausen, Germany, develops and manufactures hydraulic cylinders. Part of the Strautmann Group, the company serves machinery and plant engineering and ranks among Europe's significant cylinder suppliers, producing for nearly all areas of machinery and vehicle construction. Output includes standard series cylinders across various pressure ranges and customer-specific series products. Production occupies more than 18,000 m² and uses CNC-controlled machines for precision work. Engineers and technicians design in 2D and 3D CAD, simulating and testing technical challenges.
