Stähle GmbH

Stähle GmbH is a family-owned German manufacturer located in Wimsheim that was established in 1984, originally as Kurt Stähle Steuergeräte. The firm supplies measurement, control and testing solutions for vehicles and their components, including safety control valves rated for operating temperatures between -265°C and +200°C and the AP200 autopilot, which drives passenger cars on roller test benches across climatic conditions from -40°C to +80°C. Production relies on state-of-the-art CAM-supported CNC machining, giving the company a high degree of manufacturing autonomy. A sister engineering office, Ingenieurbüro Kurt Stähle, handles hardware and software development using current CAD and CAE tools. Test stand robots are also part of the offering.
