Soydan Hidrolik is a hydraulic engineering company founded in 2016 in İzmir, Türkiye, with an office in London. Under its Hydrocyl brand it designs and manufactures custom hydraulic cylinders, including ISO 6020-1 and ISO 6020-2 (CETOP) tie-rod and mill-type cylinders, ISO 6022 heavy-duty cylinders and fully welded designs. Standard production covers bores of Ø25–400 mm and strokes to 4,000 mm; project cylinders reach Ø1,000 mm bore, 12 m stroke and 400 bar. Each cylinder is pressure-tested to ISO 10100 at working pressure and 1.5 times working pressure and shipped with a signed test certificate. Welding follows EN ISO 3834-2 with NDT Level II inspection. Tubes and rods are sourced from European mills; seals include Kastaş, Trelleborg and other European brands. The company also builds hydraulic power units, manifold blocks and valve stands, and delivers complete systems with PLC/SCADA control, factory acceptance testing and on-site commissioning. Soydan is the Master Distributor of WESSEL-Hydraulik load-control valves in Türkiye and a Festo partner, and supplies Bosch Rexroth, Parker, Hydac, Sun Hydraulics, Settima, Hydro-Leduc, Aircomp, CBF and Gates components, many from stock in İzmir. It is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Custom cylinders ship in under 10 weeks ex-works in ISPM-15 crates to customers in Türkiye, Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom and across the EU.
