SMTR GROUP

SMTR GROUP is an Istanbul-based manufacturer founded in 1967 that serves the automotive sector with vehicle parts and accessories. Its original focus, under the Simetri Tank name, was the engineering and production of tanks, including fuel, hydraulic and water types. The company later broadened its output to additional vehicle body components at customer request. Fuel tanks and hydraulic tanks form the core of its current production, supplied to OEM and aftermarket customers in Turkey and European Union countries. Metal-formed parts and other body components can also be produced to specific requirements. Fiber-optic laser machinery rated at 4 KW and 10 KW supports this fabrication work. Products are European certified and built to OEM standards.
