SMALLTEC GMBH & CO KG, based in Winnweiler, Germany, manufactures precision steel shafts and linear motion components. Its inductively hardened and ground precision steel shafts are offered in grades Cf53 (1.1213), Cf53 with hard chrome plating, X46Cr13 (1.4034) and X90CrMoV18 (1.4112), in diameters from 3 mm to 50 mm and cut to lengths up to 2 m. The range also includes inductively hardened and ground precision hollow shafts in C60 and 100Cr6 from 16 mm to 50 mm, plus miniature shafts in V2A (1.4305) from 1 mm to 5 mm with tolerances up to h6. Linear ball bearings, flanged ball bearings, linear housing units, flat cages, profiled running rollers, miniature guides, profile rail guides and support rails complete the portfolio.
